Reflections by Cindy is proud to announce the 2011 Reflections Calendar. We are now  looking for children ages 5 and under to be models for the new 2011 calendar.

Reflections Calendar is a fundraising calendar that features 12 months of beautiful photos of local children. The calendar will benefit a children’s charity in Tooele, Utah (to be announced soon). The 2010 Reflections Calendar raised over $2750 for Tooele Valley Community Cooperative.

- Who can apply?
All children who are 5 years old and younger, including newborns. Newborns have to be under 10 days of age on the day of the session so I recommend that you apply while pregnant, if your due date is between now and August 28th, 2010.
Please note that preference will be given to Tooele Valley residents.

- How do I send an application for my child(ren)?
The application form is below (please scroll down). After submitting the form, send a recent non-professional picture of your child to info@reflectionscalendar.com; include your child’s name in the subject line.

The application process is free of charge and anyone can enter.

- What happens next?
Cindy and a panel of professional photographer colleagues will review each submission and picture. You will be contacted if your child is chosen to be a model. Please be aware that a $35 session fee is required for each session for each child. This fee is part of the fundraiser and will revert entirely to the Reflections Calendar project.

- How does it work?
Cindy, the photographer and owner of Reflections by Cindy, will host mini sessions in Tooele according to availability and need. A schedule will be sent out by e-mail and you may sign up for the day and time that you prefer, on a first come, first serve basis. You will have to travel to that location for an indoor or outdoor session. A model release will be required for each child participating.

You will receive a professional archival 8×10 print from your session. Photos from each session will be posted online at www.reflectionsbycindy.com/blog.
